Downtown Breckenridge and gondola is a short 10 minute drive. Gold Run Nordic Center is 1 minute down the hill. Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, and Copper Mountain ski areas are all within a 30 minute drive. Vail Resort is 45 minutes away. Frisco's Family Adventure Park/Sledding Hill is a 15 minute drive. Snowmobiling, snowshoeing, Alpine and Nordic skiing, ice skating, dog sledding, sleigh rides and many other winter activities are available within Summit County. The home is available from March 20, 2024 to May 15, 2024. Lease is $13,500 per month (minimum 30 day period). Security deposit is $13,500. First month lease payment as well as security deposit are due at lease signing. Leave it like you found it policy. A $500 cleaning fee (more if left a mess) for the home can be deducted from the security deposit if lessee would prefer someone else clean. No subleasing. All currency USD. Utilities and services included in monthly lease payment are gas and electric, high speed internet, water and sewer, once a week trash and recycle pickup, driveway and front door snow removal, twice a month hot tub maintenance. Taxes, fees, dues are included in monthly lease as well. Additional renters insurance coverage is required by lessee. No smoking of any kind. No large gatherings or parties.
