Lease terms

Lease term is one year Utilities and Services The Landlord shall be responsible for the payment of water utility services supplied to the Premises. The Tenant shall be responsible for arranging and paying for all other utilities and services required at the Premises, including but not limited to electricity, gas, trash collection, internet, cable television, and telephone. Pest Control The Tenant shall be strictly responsible for arranging and paying for all routine pest control and extermination services required at the Premises for the duration of the Lease Term. Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind (including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping) is strictly prohibited anywhere on or inside the Premises. Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping The Tenant is responsible for the routine care and maintenance of the lawn and landscaping. If the Tenant elects not to perform this maintenance, the Landlord can provide lawn care services for an additional fee of $ 75.00 per month. If selected, this fee will be added to the Tenant's regular monthly rent payment.
