It was named that several years ago by tenants who thought the uneven floors were entertaining. This is a 120+ year old building and shows its age. This house is far from perfect, and that is why it is priced lower than many others in the area. However, if you are looking for a place that is safe, relatively affordable, maintained, allows you to create your own space, and central to the Twin Cities and many colleges, this may be it. If you are looking for a place that is a perfect box, you will likely be disappointed and should look elsewhere. The ideal renters are current or recent students who are able to live with roommates and share space. The minimum rent ratio is for everyone who would be on the lease. If you are in school and using financial aid/scholarships/GI Bill funds, please feel free to update your profile to reflect that. Pet policy is negotiable, but includes a $200 non-refundable deposit in addition to the security deposit Times made available are open house style and first come first serve -- schedule your own appointment. If there is time open, I can or will be there. Painting and cleaning may be ongoing during open house times. Do not expect appointment confirmation from me due to the prevalence of bots and fake accounts. Applications will be done in person. If a great fit is found on a showing day, the listing will be updated by 10pm of that day. If you mention your favorite pizza when you show up, rent will be $150 less per month -- I would like to reward someone for actually reading the listing
