The property has a well and septic. Renter is responsible for electricity, natural gas, garbage and landscaping. (Keeping the pincones picked up and racking pine needles for fire safety). We will leave our washer/dryer front loading set but will not be replaced if broken. (They are working great.) Same with garage refrigerator. We will leave for your use but not replaced. There is a green house and small shed on second acre for your use. As well as a. R.V. area. Large shop in the back is used for owner storage and not available to renter. Property is set up for dogs. We have a dog door in the laundry room that goes out to a small kennel. The kennel can be opened so that the dogs have full access to 1 acre of fenced property. We allow 2 dogs. (Sorry, no cats). No smoking please.

The home is located in the beautiful community of Keno. Tucked back in a quiet, safe neighborhood, surrounded by giant pine trees. Only a 20 min. drive to the town of Klamath Falls and only 3 minutes from one of the best county school's.
Our home not only has central heat and air, but a cozy wood burning stove for those cold snowy nights. (We have a plastic shed next to the house to store firewood.) The house was built in 2019 and is very well insulated.
We also have an R.V. area on the side of the house.
