Tenant is responsible for the following utilities: electricity, gas, water, trash, and internet/TV Tenant must carry Renters Insurance (+pet coverage if you have a pet) All pets are screened by a 3rd party service (petscreening. com). No Pet deposit is required. No smoking, vaping, or burning of incense in or on the property. The tenant is responsible for any plumbing issues caused by the disposal of any items other than toilet paper or human waste down the toilets. The tenant is responsible for everyday maintenance, including but not limited to changing light bulbs, filters, batteries, or pilot lights. If you do not submit an ESA profile, your application will be considered incomplete and will possibly be subordinated to other completed applications.
