Move In Special: First month's rent is free! This lease is for a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located at Villa Lofts of Vinita, a senior housing community for residents aged 62 and older. The unit includes an open living area, standard kitchen appliances, heating and cooling, and access to all on site community amenities. Residents agree to pay rent, a $300 security deposit. There's a $12.50 processing fee at the time of application submittion and copy of ID. Management provides water, sewer, and trash services; the resident is responsible for electric service. Pets are permitted with restrictions and an additional $300 deposit unless service animal. The building includes elevator access, indoor mailboxes, laundry facilities, a storm shelter, business center, family room, and exercise room. All residents must comply with community rules, safety policies. This lease establishes the terms of occupancy, payment responsibilities, maintenance expectations, and conditions for renewal or termination.
