IMPORTANT: The rooms in this house and the ADU will be guaranteed through the end of UCSC's 2027 Spring Quarter, June 15th, 2027. After that the month-to-month aspect of the lease will be emphasized and the house will likely be listed for sale. There is no guarantee for a long-term stay beyond June 15, 2027. GREEN ROOM: A lovely bedroom with a queen bed. $1850. You'll share the shower bathroom with 2 other renters in this gorgeous Victorian historical home. There's a lot of communal space to spread out, hang out, and contemplate. It's ideal for those doing graduate and post-graduate work because the over-arching atmosphere of the house is spacious and quiet with a healthy dose of playful. What's included: - Comfortable bedroom with a bed. - Comcast Wi-Fi - Shared kitchen; two refrigerators, chest freezer, two wall ovens, appliances and a large pantry - Shared large TV and study room - Shared huge living room - Shared huge dining room and dining room table - great for spreading crafts and projects...occasionally for eating - Shared laundry facilities - 24/7 security system - Trash and Recycling included. - Utilities included up to a point.
