The deposit is 1370.00 at the signing of the lease while the background application is a non-refundable 45.00 fee. The Rent is 1370.00 per month. The renter pays for all utilities to Colorado Springs Utilities Department, the trash is 20.00 per month paid to landlord. On street parking only. We ask all renters to have renters insurance. *(you can ask about pets when you interview there is a pet rent for any pets if accepted after a pet interview by the owner). We offer an 11 month lease.
