EACH OF OUR UNITS ARE 100% SMOKE FREE. SHOULD WE DISCOVER THE UNIT HAS BEEN SMOKED IN, A CLEANING/VENTING FEE OF $500 WILL APPLY. NOISE/PARTIES: Please be mindful of your neighbors and adhere to local noise ordinance laws. Refer to the parking policy for hosting guests. DWELLING IMPROVEMENTS: Do not make any dwelling improvements (paint, remodel, construction, etc.) without prior consent from property manager. TERMINATION & MOVE-OUT Required Notice: 60 days prior to lease term end date EARLY TERMINATION FEE: Full months rent for the following month.
