Occupancy: Maximum of 4 people Amenities: One designated parking spot, plus several guest parking spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis Outdoor lounging area with BBQ grills and pool Well-maintained on-site laundry room Dehumidifier provided to prevent condensation and mold due to proximity to the ocean Location: Steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, Wawa, and local stores Restrictions: - No pets allowed for renters - No smoking permitted inside the unit for owners or renters Lease Information Summer Lease Payment: Deposit required to reserve your week. Full pending payment required at signing. Repairs: Tenants are responsible for any repairs costing under $200, including all types of maintenance. Maintenance Requirements Due to the unit's proximity to the ocean, renters must use the provided dehumidifier to prevent excess condensation and mold. Failure to use the dehumidifier may result in mold, which is difficult and costly to remediate. To ensure a smooth rental process, applicants will be required to: - Provide a credit report, processed through Zillow - Submit recommendation letters from previous landlords * Priority will be given to applicants with outstanding credit history.
