There is a 400 dollar pet deposit that is non refundable. Renters responsible for utilities and propane usage/refills. Renters are responsible for HOA fees and lawn irrigation fees in the amount of $181.25 per month and are in addition to the monthly rent. This gives you access to all of the wonderful amenities that this neighborhood offers. Olympic size pool, Kids Pool, Club House, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Community Dock, Too much to list. Owner is responsible for lawn and shrub maintenance. Please do not smoke inside the house. We are very picky on this. On street parking is allowed for temporary guest visits . Please do not park your boats or RVs on property. There is a secured remote parking area for your toys.

A day dock for your boat is also available on the community waterfront. Home is situated on a private cul-de-sac with green space on left, right and rear of property. Almost total privacy. We loved living in this house. Everyone who has rented from us has as well. You will too.
