We require first month, last month and security deposit at time of signing of the lease. We allow up to two dogs of any breed and any size outside only. There is a $250 pet fee per pet, and an additional $50 per pet will be added to the rental amount. Tenant will be responsible and must provide a dog house or other shelter for the animals during Implement weather. An updated rabies shot must be presented to the landlord prior to the animal being on the premises, and during any and all renewals of that shot. Tenant will review and sign pet policy prior to any animal being allowed on the property. Tenants will be responsible for yard maintenance and all utilities. No street parking is authorized. Nothing larger than a 22 inch push mower is allowed in the yard at any time There's absolutely no smoking allowed in the property at any time by anyone, this includes but not limited to ... tenant, tenants guests, employees, maintenance men, and property owners. We have a zero tolerance policy for the sale of illegal substances from premises. Tenant(s) or tenant's may work from home but may not receive, store or distribute any product from your work at the home. Tenant(s) or tenant's guest can not run a business out of the home.
