Animals allowed as per listing/lease, upon approval with a $350 pet fee and $35/month/animal rent paid in addition to house rental amount. Tenet must maintain and provide proof of renter's insurance upon request. No smoking/vaping in the home of any kind, nor any illegal activity at any time, of any kind, is permitted and is grounds removal. No foot traffic business activity is allowed. Leases will be annual; with a 45 day advance cancellation notice allowed and required. All regular maintenance, ie. yard debris, trash/recycling placement and removal from the street, etc., the property must be maintained in neat, weed free order, that does not detract from the neighborhood. Plant/foliage and all other regular maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant. Any damage done by animals will be the tenant's responsibility, as well as the responsibility of obtaining approval to repair immediately; in all circumstances the property manager must be notified immediately. Animal fee required. Utilities will be added in the tenant/s' name and it is the tenant's responsibility to maintain all utilities in working order. All residents must be on the lease. Traditional lease will be signed upon approval.
