Lease terms

Move-In Costs Tenant shall pay the first month's rent plus a security deposit of $500 prior to taking possession of the property. The security deposit will be held in accordance with applicable state and local laws and may be used to cover unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, cleaning costs, or other lease violations. Smoking Policy Smoking, cannabis, or similar products is prohibited inside the home, garage, and any enclosed structures on the property. Any smoking-related damage, odors, residue, or cleaning costs resulting from a violation of this policy will be the responsibility of the tenant and may be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and all cigarette butts and smoking materials must be properly disposed of.
