FULLY FURNISHED high-end, high-quality turnkey rental including wifi, curtains and blinds, kitchen fully appointed with pots, pans, plates, microwave,… silverware, coffee machine, blenders, etc. Parking. Utilities included. Only 1 miles flat walk from Willamette (4 min drive/20 min walk throughBush Park). In the coveted neighborhood of Bush Park. Only bring books, clothes, bedding and bath towels. Everything else is there and your rental starts with the beginning of the Fall semester and ends with the end of the Spring Semester. Prior students' parents did not think it was real, but it is:)
Three bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom house for three students.
Compared to apartments for rent, you don't have to buy desks and beds, chairs, pots and pans, etc. You don't have to rent for longer than the school year. You don't have to pay utilities, set up. My house is conveniently very close to school.
Compared to on-campus rental apartments, my house is similarly priced, but has way nicer furniture, ambience, and is a house and not a dorm-like apartment building. I price it per semester/per student for two semesters at $5,195/student/semester. One room is downstairs and has a door to back yard and two rooms upstairs, one smaller with a deck and the largest room.
