The bedroom is furnished w/ new queen-size bed, lamps and side tables, pictures/wall art, plus an extra large closet with sliding doors. The bathroom has an extra large walk-in shower. Room also has a mounted 49-inch LG LED 1080P TV.
The complex is designed like a private residential development with lush landscaping spread out over 25 acres!! You've never seen anything like it.

This is a very quiet neighborhood and the way it's designed, you'll never be awakened by the sound of garbage trucks which is usually the problem in most apartments in this area. My apartment is on the 2nd floor so there's no noise coming from above.
PARKING: You have 3 choices. Rent a completely enclosed garage w/storage, an outdoor designated parking space, or free street parking. (No permit necessary).
There are windows on three sides of my unit and each window has an incredible view of the gardens that surround this property.
ABOUT ME: I own an interior and landscape design business for over 25 years (but I'm not the average baby boomer). I'm a very active person, spinning class and yoga every day, hiking, swimming, basically enjoying everything LA has to offer. I'm a food and wine lover and cooking is one of my biggest enjoyments!

This is a non-smoking, very pet-friendly environment (I have 2 tiny well-behaved dogs) with a fabulous 2-story gym w/ a rooftop deck for luxury lounging.
The gym has an extensive weight training floor, another the second floor is all elliptical so, treadmills, biking and a separate room for spinning classes and pilates. The gym has a rooftop deck for entertaining and has a 360-degree view of LA. The swimming pool is saltwater and heated with gorgeous cabanas wrapped around the poolside plus a fire pit and fireplace like the toniest boutique hotels, plus outdoor bbq grills with outdoor dining are conveniently located around the entire property.
