Lease terms

This is a one year lease agreement. Owner requires renters to purchase renters insurance. A $2000 security deposit is required and will be returned when renter vacates if the house is clean and normal ware is evident. Rent is due on the first of each month, and will be considered late by the 5th of each month. There will be a $50.00 charge for each late day after the 5th The renter is responsible for all the utilities.

The neighborhood

About the building

This is an ideal house for a couple or a family with small children. The backyard is fenced in with a patio, artificial grass turf, a pergola just outside the family room, and two flower or garden spots. The property has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. New carpet has been installed in the living room and hallway as well as new blinds in the family room and living room. The kitchen, which is located between the living room and the family room, is a great location for entertaining. It has all the major appliances: refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and a microwave. The laundry area has a new washer and an older dryer. It is located in the hall closet across from the bedrooms. The master bath has been updated with a new shower that includes two shower heads, a bench and glass doors this past year. There is a wood burning stove in the family room which makes the room very inviting and provides a second source of heat. The double car garage opens up into the living room which we find very handy. The neighborhood is family friendly. Paradise Skies, a city park, is one block from the house. In addition, less than five minutes away, there is one grocery store, many restaurants, a hospital, gym and many retail stores. This is an ideal house for a growing family.
