The kitchen, dining room and laundry are shared by all 4 tenants. Each floor has a living room shared by 2 tenants. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to the freeway and to shopping. Nice, well maintained large backyard. Renters do not have the responsibility of maintaining the yard; however, they are expected to keep the driveway and sidewalks clear in the event of snow. The existing renters are quiet and friendly and I expect the new renter to be compatible with them. I stay on top of issues and if any issues arise they are remedied promptly. The renters are free to obtain internet and share the costs. There is a wooden deck in the backyard. Shorter term leases are available for a higher rental cost.
