Please note that the townhouse is located near a main roadway, and some guests may experience occasional street noise. The dishwasher is currently out of order. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. During the winter months, snow plows will clear the parking lot between 10:00 AM-12:00 PM on days when there is 2 or more inches of snow. Kindly move your vehicle from the parking lot during the designated time.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
