Mid-stay cleans are required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean for stays over 60 nights. These additional cleaning services are charged separately. A $25 fee per extra person, per night applies for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. There is a 15-minute grace period after the 10 am check-out; a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. Extending a stay by one night requires approval and may incur additional charges.
