General Location The property is in Historic York County VA. Yorktown Beach is 10 minutes driving distance. Grafton Bethel Elementary is within walking distance ( 2 minutes). This school has two large playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball field and a soccer field. Grafton middle and High schools are less than 5 minutes drive. The community is friendly and very quite. The neighbors range from young military families to older retired couples.
