Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; unapproved parties or events will incur a $1000 fine. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Fires in the fire pits must be completely extinguished before leaving them unattended.
