County-wide burn bans may be in effect, limiting fire pit use. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus remediation costs. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Use caution when going upstairs due to a low beam at the top of the stairs. Fires in the fire pits must be completely extinguished before leaving them unattended, and wood should only be gathered from the designated storage area.
