Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, with an additional charge applied if butts are found on the property. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood and turn off exterior lights at night. A maximum of four licensed vehicles are permitted in the driveway and garages. No snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are allowed in the subdivision or at the rental property. Burning candles or incense in the home and fireworks on the premises are prohibited. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
