We have updated some of the finishings since the photos like in the half bathroom, and some of the towel racks, toilet paper holders, and sinks. There is also a fan in the master bedroom now with dimming lights. The kitchen sink has a spout with filtered water. Two of the bedrooms upstairs (not the master) have an accent wall painted- we are ok with painting the wall back to neutral or leaving as is. Washer and dryer (side by side) are new. Curtains downstairs will be left as well as the kitchen sink curtain. House has childproof features but renters can remove if needed. Fenced yard, washer dryer included. Washer and dryer also upgraded since the photos, they are side by side and not stacked. Looking for clear background check, good credit, good rental history, and steady income about 1.5 x 2 x the rent.

Terms at 10544 Kalama Dr

Looking for a 12 month lease with the potential to extend. Move date is flexible! If interested we can talk more about specifics, earliest would probably be mid June or July. This home is childproofed at the moment, but we are ok with renters disabling/removing all child locks on drawers etc unless needed for small kids. No smoking allowed inside the home or garage. Renter is in charge of maintaining the yard, setting up and paying WiFi, electric, trash if desired, and water. 2 car garage for parking and you can fit 2 more cars in the driveway as well if needed. In the winter the snow must be shoveled around the corner of the property and sidewalk per the neighborhood rules. Ideally we'd love someone with excellent credit, and income that's above 2x the rent but we are open especially with being in a military area.
