Lease terms

House Rules & Guidelines No smoking anywhere inside the home. No loud music or excessive noise, especially during evening and after-hours. No outside shoes or sandals inside the home. This includes all areas, even hardwood floors on the first floor. Only socks or dedicated indoor slippers are allowed to help maintain cleanliness and protect carpets. No eating or drinking in the bedroom. Water only is permitted in the room. All food and beverages other than water must be consumed at the kitchen island only. Food delivery services (such as Uber Eats or DoorDash) may use the property address for food delivery only. Tenant must personally receive the delivery at the front door. Delivered food may only be consumed in the kitchen. Laundry use is optional and available for an additional $30 per month to use on-site laundry. No garbage accumulation is allowed. One small trash can is permitted in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Trash must be emptied weekly on Wednesdays to maintain clean and sanitary rooms. Parking is street-side only (side street parking). Front door access only for entry and exit. The property mailing address may not be used for mail, packages, or deliveries (excluding approved food delivery services). Tenants must use a PO Box or Amazon Locker for all mail and packages.
