Water bill is paid by Owner, with no additional cost to Renter. Renter must follow Rules & Regulations of both Eller Apartments and Hibben Ferry Condominiums, both of which will be furnished to Renter for reference. There is a (2) pet maximum limit and 99-lb maximum weight limit per pet, both limits negotiable. One-time fee of $250 per pet. Monthly fee of $20 per pet per month. The Unit comes with (1) reserved parking space in front of the Unit and several Visitor's parking spaces within within short walking distance of the Unit.
