Lease terms

Owner pays water. Tenant pays gas, electric, trash and internet. No smoking allowed. 2 dog maximum, must pick up dog waste. Tenant must mow and water grass and water trees. Tenant agrees to maintain the rental property, including the interior, exterior, fixtures, appliances, and landscaping that are the Tenant's responsibility, in substantially the same condition as they were in at the commencement of the tenancy, subject to reasonable wear and tear. The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord/Property Manager of any damage, malfunction, or condition requiring repair and shall be responsible for damage caused by the Tenant, occupants, or guests beyond ordinary wear and tear. Background check and income verification is required in application process and paid by applicant.
