New floors, new paint, new blinds. Two large walk-in closets and plenty additional storage space in linen cabinets. Laundry facilities on premises and there is one off-street parking space. This is a lower apartment in a 9-unit building. Manager works from home so they're nearly always on premises. Owner pays water, trash, gardener. Utility fees are typically quite moderate and the unit is both cable and DSL ready. The building has been earthquake retrofitted, has a new sewer line and a new electrical grid. Located in the Palms district, which features some of L.A.'s great restaurants (N/Naka, Mayura, Pizzeria Sei and Versailles are all within walking distance) as well as convenient transportation options. You can see the Palms Metro train station from the building's entrance and the nearest bus stop is half a block away. This is a pleasant space in a great building. Several of our tenants have been here for over a decade, 3 of them for more than 40 years. Move-in is $2000/first month + $2000 deposit. There is a 12-month minimum lease. Square footage listed is approximate. Due to existing tenant allergy issues, we are not accepting dogs or cats at this time. We will provide an application at time of walk-through.
