Will provide pressure wash ounce a year and air conditioning maintenance ounce every 2 years, or upon needed it. Pet must not be a dangerous breed, and well trained not to chew on baseboards a non scratch doors, must pick up after poop in neighboorhood and placed trash into disposal pet area. Must reserve moving truck with COI to HOA prior moving in or out. It's a great and safe neighborhood.
