No Smoking Parking included with two spaces in garage. Street parking also available. $300 pet fee with $35/month pet rent for any pets outside of service animals. Tenant is responsible for electric, cable, and internet. Renter's insurance is required. Any damages to unit will need to be communicated with owners as soon as possible. Pricing is based on 12-month lease. Security deposit will equal one month's rent. Rent will be pro-rated upon move-in date. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Any rent paid after the 5th of each month will incur a $75 late fee. Keys will be provided upon move-in. $150 will be charged per lost key. Full unit clean must be completed upon move-out.
