Yes, we do; however, your application will not be denied solely on background, nor credit score itself. 4) If my credit score is low, how will that impact your decision to approve me? If credit score is below 611, you will be required to submit a 2-month security deposit. 5) What appliances are included in the rental? Stove and dishwasher. (Refrigerator is negotiable). 6) Do you have an application fee? if so, how much? $59.99 per person (18 years old or older). 7) Is this a private landlord? In short answer, no, because the owner is a licensed NC Realtor. 8) Can I apply without viewing? No, all potential tenants are expected to view the property in person (or virtual tour). 9) Once application is submitted, how long is the process? A minimum of 72 hours.
