The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area allows everyone to stay connected. Enjoy a massive 86" Smart TV for game-day viewing and movie nights, multiple seating areas, and fast Wi-Fi. Events are allowed with prior approval and an event fee will be added. Parking is allowed on the driveway. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, with an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap provided. Located across the street from Texas A&M University and minutes from Kyle Field, this home is also near Century Square, Northgate, Post Oak Mall, and popular restaurants and entertainment. It's a short drive to the George W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum and nearby MSC OPAS Theater for live performances. The nearest major intersection is George Bush Drive & Anderson Street. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property; a $400 fee will be retained to deodorize the home if evidence of smoking is detected. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer or above 80 degrees when leaving, and do not turn it below 60 degrees in the winter. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are NOT allowed, with the exception of legally documented service animals; a $200 fine will be applied if pets are found without prior agreement, and the booking will be terminated. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; guests will be charged for plumbing repairs if other items are flushed. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Guests will be charged $25 if trash is not bagged and placed in the city garbage can. Guests must digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in, and the booking guest must be 25 years or older. Exterior security cameras actively recording audio and video may be present outside the home. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The homeowner or booking agent may enter the premises at any time without prior permission in case of emergency. Any guest found using illegal drugs or allowing others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy.
