This stylish and modern home is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring two large TV rooms with smart TVs ready for your streaming services. The dining area seats 14 and opens to the back patio with additional seating. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped for preparing large meals, and all bedrooms feature new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. Enjoy the private outdoor space with a large hot tub. Dogs are welcome for a small fee, with no cats allowed. Additional travel cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided for $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge upon request. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers easy access to both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. It is conveniently close to several great restaurants and grocery stores, and an inexpensive bus system with nearby stops provides easy transportation throughout the valley. This is a full-time vacation rental, and while recently fully-renovated, it is an older house. In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot have more than 18 people in it at any given time, including children. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of properly. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes. Outdoor hot tub use is restricted to before 10 PM. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in. Guests must inform the host of any problems during their stay to allow for remedies. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond the damage deposit. Guests agree to abide by all rules listed in the agreement and instruction book. Failure to follow rules may result in immediate dismissal from the property. Any misconduct resulting in premature dismissal may result in forfeiture of remaining fees and responsibility for physical damages. Guests must get permission from the host before allowing additional people onto the property. Guests agree to pay a one-time cleaning fee. Convention rates and holidays will override standard rates. Rates fluctuate automatically based on supply and demand, but will be locked in at the time of payment. One travel crib, one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit are provided free of charge upon request. The home features two large TV rooms with smart TVs that come ready for you to log into all of your favorite streaming services.
