The bedrooms are furnished with new beds and deluxe mattresses for a perfect night's sleep. This property welcomes dogs with a small fee, but cats are not allowed. Additional animals require prior approval. Guests can request one travel crib, one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit free of charge. Each additional crib, high-chair, or bed will cost $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge upon request. The home features two separate driveways with ample parking space. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers easy access to both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. It is conveniently close to several great restaurants and grocery stores, and an inexpensive bus system with nearby stops provides easy transportation throughout the valley. This is an older, recently renovated house, so do not expect a brand-new construction. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot accommodate more than 18 people, including children. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of properly. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes. Outdoor hot tub use is restricted to before 10:00 PM. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in due to the cover being left open. Guests are responsible for any trash left by prior guests and may need to stack their trash outside if curbside bins are full. Guests are responsible for any unfinished laundry from prior guests. Guests must inform the host of any problems during their stay to allow for resolution. A one-time cleaning fee is charged for the stay. Convention rates and holidays may override standard rates. Rates fluctuate automatically based on supply and demand, but will be locked in at the time of payment. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
