Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers easy access to both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. It is also conveniently close to several great restaurants and grocery stores.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Events are not allowed. In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot have more than 18 people in it at any given time, including children. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of properly to avoid forfeiting the damage deposit and incurring cleaning fees. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes. The video game console does not come with video games. Outdoor hot tub use is restricted after 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violations. Children under 8 are not allowed in hot tubs, and children under 18 require adult supervision. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in due to the cover being left open. The hot tub temperature should not exceed 100 degrees when not in use. Guests must coordinate check-in times prior to arrival, as early check-ins are not guaranteed and depend on previous guest check-outs. If a previous guest checks out on the same morning, the property is usually ready by 4:00 PM.
