Lease terms

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome upon approval. There is a $300 deposit per pet, and all pets must be 40 lbs. or less. Tenants are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets and ensuring no damage is made to the property or backyard. Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited INSIDE the house at all times. Utility Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for all utility payments, including water, power, and internet/cable (HRSD/HRSD payments). Accounts must be transferred into the tenant's name upon move-in. Renter's Insurance: Proof of a valid renter's insurance policy is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the duration of the lease. Lawn Care & Maintenance: Maintaining the large backyard and front lawn is the tenant's responsibility. To make this easy for you, lawn tools are provided on-site for your use. The yard must be kept neat and compliant with neighborhood standards. Subletting Policy: Subletting, assignments, or listing any part of the property on short-term rental platforms (such as Airbnb or VRBO) is strictly prohibited. Parking: We have two upfront parking spaces as well as 1-2 parking spaces on the street.
