Guests are financially responsible for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning. Do not remove furnishings, linens, dishes, or any items from the home. Smoking: 100% smoke-free property (inside and outside). Smoking must occur off-premises on public property. Evidence of smoking: up to $2,000 remediation fee. Illegal Activity: No illegal substances or activity. Violations result in immediate eviction and possible law enforcement involvement.
