Relax in the western-themed living room, which offers expansive second-level views on one side and a cozy stone-hearth fireplace on the other. The recreation room on the daylight basement level is fully equipped with a wet bar, mini fridge, and countless games, complemented by a Smart TV with satellite and Wi-Fi. Expansive decks and patios provide incredible views and serene privacy, perfect for unwinding.
A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability.

No snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are allowed in the subdivision or at the rental property. Burning candles or incense in the home is not permitted. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
