Parking & Storage * Parking is limited to designated areas only. * Exterior storage of furniture, appliances, tires, tools, or other personal property is not permitted. * Any approved storage areas must be kept clean and organized. Application Requirements Applicants must: * Complete a rental application. * Pass a background and eviction history screening. * Provide proof of income. * Demonstrate monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent. * Provide valid government-issued identification. Move-In Requirements Prior to receiving keys, tenants must: * Sign the lease agreement. * Pay all required move-in funds. * Transfer applicable utilities into their name. * Complete a move-in inspection report.
