This south-facing retreat is located directly on the beach, providing an unparalleled coastal experience. This condo features a king master suite with a luxury foam mattress and a queen guest room, also with a luxury foam mattress. Mirrored walls reflect the ocean throughout the living space. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything you need for cooking. Relax in the living room with a 55-inch Roku TV and comfortable seating. The master suite has a 32-inch Roku TV and private balcony access, while the guest bedroom has a 40-inch Roku TV. The ensuite master bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination, and the guest bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Convenient parking is available within the gated Emerald Towers property. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available for exploring Destin and the surrounding Emerald Coast. Emerald Towers is situated in the heart of Destin, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This prime location offers easy access to popular attractions such as the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, Big Kahuna's Water Park, HarborWalk Village, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Numerous beachfront restaurants and local seafood spots are also just minutes away, providing a perfect blend of convenience and a quieter beachfront experience. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is 10am. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, Guest agrees to be charged for a plumber's time to un-clog or install a new garbage disposal (if needed). Guests are asked to not eat food in any bedroom to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware under any circumstances. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood. At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost, can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. If cleaning up after a party or damaged areas, actual damage and cleaning hours will be assessed. This house is professionally managed by a third-party service. By booking this unit you give permission to the management service to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the booking manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Due to being on an island with a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, fish, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, wood roach, American roach, Ceratopogonidae (no-seams), mosquitos, termites, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects can and will invade spaces to get away from the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control as this is the environment in which we live. The property is located very close to the water - snakes such as water moccasins are seen on occasion, especially near rocks and such, please make sure you are aware of your surroundings. Swimming in the bay there are a variety of aquatic species that can cause harm, swim at your own risk. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date. For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone.
