The home includes central air, an updated electrical system, and it's own 200 sq ft Air conditioned laundry/workshop attached to backside of carport. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete, and 20-25 minutes to the beach it's in a great location to quickly get around the city and loads of options for restaurants all along 4th Street. The home is occupied until 8/1 Message me here with your email address for video walk through. I will be scheduling showing days after July 14th. Some superficial repairs/upgrades needed so might be a couple days into August for move in availability. As for occupancy, it works best with 2 adults as the 3rd bedroom is more office sized and unlikely to fit an adult. Each applicant will need to do background, income and any other verifications through Zillow.
