Lease Terms on FAQ: -The Tenant is responsible for the payment of all utilities in relation to the Property. -Tenant will pay H.O.A & any H.O.A fine's. -The Tenant will provide proof of such insurance to the Landlord upon approval & upon request. -The Tenant is responsible for insuring the Property for damage or loss to the structure, mechanical or improvements to the building of the Property for the benefit of the Parties. Such insurance should include such risks as fire, theft, vandalism, flood and disaster. -The Tenant will be charged an additional amount of $50.00 per day for any Rent that is received after the greater of 1 day after the due date and any mandatory grace period required under the Act, if any. -IF Tenant has pet's, Then On execution of this Lease, the Tenant will pay the Landlord a one-time non-refundable pet fee of ($500.00) per pet. -The Tenant will be charged an additional amount of $100.00 for each N.S.F. (Non-Sufficient Funds) check or checks returned by the Tenant's financial institution. -The Tenant and members of the Tenant's household will not smoke anywhere in the Property nor permit any guests or visitors to smoke in the Property.
