Looking for responsible easy going tenants to live in this wonderful quiet home/ neighborhood. (Will not be furnished) 3 Bed 1 Bath house for rent. Available July 1st. Big backyard. (I am unable to show the house at the moment because I currently have tenants living in it) $35 non-refundable application fee Per person. Anyone over the age of 18 must sign lease the lease agreement. 1 year lease term only. Please don't ask if i'll do a shorter lease or month to month, the answer is NO. $1,500 security deposit, upon move in plus first months rent. Security deposit will be refunded upon move out depending on how well the tenants leaves the house when they plan to move out. Tenants will fill out an inspection sheet before they move in to keep record of house the house was given to them before move in date. 60 day notice is required before 12 month lease agreement is terminated. Utilities are not included. (Tenants responsibility) Wash-dryer included Close to freeway entrance, Walmart, smiths, libraries, and parks.
