Resident pays Gas & Electricity, water, sewer and trash are included in your lot rent. This home is FOR SALE, $10,000.00, there is parking right behind your home. Red Run is a pet friendly community (restrictions). Red Run Mobile Home Park is in Madison Heights, located at 1066 Linda Ln, Madison Heights, MI 48071, on Stephenson Highway between 12 and 13 mile roads. Our community has the following amenities including a heated outdoor pool, playground, dog park, on-site maintenance and management, and laundry facilities. We are within walking distance of many grocery stores, restaurants and minutes from downtown Royal Oak, Red Oaks Water Park, Nature Center, Golf Course, and Oakland Mall. Bus transportation is available to local area businesses, schools etc. To apply for residency in our community you must provide the following documents: Driver's License(s), Social Security Card(s), two most recent pay stubs, award letter from SSI or three consecutive months of a bank statement. The application fee is non-refundable, $50.00 per person over the age of 18 that will be living in the home. Your income must be 2.5-3 times what the rent is in one-month (gross income), credit score must be close to 675.00 or better, nothing on your background, be employed for at least six (6) months.
