Manure Management: To keep the property healthy and fly-free, tenants are responsible for regular manure removal from stalls and corrals. 2. No Subletting: The attached studio is for the tenant's personal use, family, or guests only. It may not be listed on Airbnb or subleased to third parties. 3. Animal Areas: For the safety of the pool and the integrity of the remodeled yard, livestock are to be kept within the designated ranch/stall areas. 4. Pool Safety: No glass is permitted in the pool area. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the pool service contract to ensure the 36,000-gallon system stays balanced. 5. Right of Access: Landlord maintains the right to access the exterior property with 48-hour notice for any necessary ranch infrastructure or solar maintenance.
