This is a quiet space to work, sleep, and unwind after a long day doing whatever it is you do! Peaceful and private, this free-standing, non-shared home used to be an Airbnb where 100+ guests propelled it a 4.99 rating out of 5 stars and made me a SuperHost (see Airbnb reviews in photos). That was before the complete renovation and significant upgrades. Completely remodeled in January 2026. Everything is new including a full-sized stacked washer & dryer, stainless full-sized dishwasher, range, refrigerator & freezer, queen sized bed, comfy couch, and eat-in kitchen. The large work area doubles as a dinner table if you are entertaining. The 400 square foot brick patio out back is all yours, ringed by a privacy hedge of Eugenia and bougainvillea. It includes gas BBQ grill, patio table, chairs and umbrella. Furnished. Linens and towels included. The kitchen is stocked with probably everything you'll need - except the food. See photos. EVERYTHING is INCLUDED in the monthly rent: ALL utilities, high-speed internet, YouTube TV with unlimited cloud DVR and HBO Max. That's a $400+ monthly value included. Where The neighborhood is part of a nice three street cul de sac in Toluca Terrace (aka North Hollywood, a few hundred yards from the Burbank border). It's close to several hospitals in case that is your jam. It is 1-2 miles from NBC, Warner Brothers, Disney, Universal Studios and three miles from CBS Radford Studios. This is perfect for traveling medical professionals, actors, show folk (comedian Jim Gaffigan was my first guest 23 years ago) and visitors to LA. This is a quiet neighborhood. I do not want my tenant to change that. I'm not insisting on librarians-who-used-to-be-monks, but the tenant(s) must keep unnecessary noise to a minimum. I prefer to rent to one person, but a couple might work out okay. If you smoke/vape, please do that outside. Definitely no smoking inside the house. Parking There is plenty of street parking in front of property. It's a quiet neighborhood. No meters. No street cleaning. Park 24/7. Parking is NEVER a problem. Other things to note I live in the house at the front of the property. Your home is an ADU located at the end of the driveway. Your home's private back patio is ALL yours. The gardener comes on Wednesday afternoons and will pop into your back patio to use his blower, but that's it. No one else goes back there without your permission. Although the house has a kitchen window that looks out to my backyard, use of the backyard is not included. I find that preserves privacy for both of us to the point where we may not ever see each other. Privacy for both of us is a priority for me. The side door with the frosted glass does not open to preserve privacy. I ask that you close the drapery on that door at night time. Again, the brick patio behind the ADU is all yours. Heating and air conditioning emits from a virtually silent mini split unit above the door. Smart TV Huge 55" Samsung DU7200 Series Crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TV. Use the Samsung remote control or the Roku remote control to operate the mounted flat screen Smart TV. If you already have Roku, use the Roku remote to sign in with your Roku account in Guest Mode and have all of your apps appear on this TV's Roku, just like you have at your home. Instructions are in the house to show you how to do that. It's very easy. If you don't have a Roku account, you'd operate the TV normally. The Neighborhood Quiet neighborhood, a couple hundred yards from the Chandler Bike/Walking Path. Lace-up-and-go 24/7! Walking distance to several restaurants: Porto's Bakery & Cafe, Magnolia Grill (diner), Tequila's, Tatsu Sushi, Century Dragon (Chinese), Mucho Mas, and Taco Bell. The NoHo Arts District and the NoHo Metro subway stop is a mile away. You can take the Chandler Bike Path most of the way there.
