Located in the Prosser Lakeview Estates neighborhood, our cabin provides easy access to Northstar (15 minutes), Palisades (20 minutes), and downtown Truckee (8 minutes). The cabin has been completely remodeled and furnished throughout, including a brand new central heating system. The open-floor plan has large windows with views of Northstar, includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, dining area, with a deck that wraps around it. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and a quartz waterfall peninsula with countertop seating. The living area has a large couch with ample seating, a gas stove, 55 inch TV, and a view of Northstar through pine trees. The four beds and two baths are split across the two floors. Each floor has one bedroom with a king bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, with a bathroom in between. Each bedroom features a brand new mattress (from either Tuft and Needle or Leesa) and a desk with an office chair. The top floor features a walk in shower and the bottom floor has a combination bath/shower. Washer and dryer are located on the upper level. A well-mannered dog may be considered with a pet deposit. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - The driveway has an incline.
