Large bedroom with shared full bathroom (1 other person) and other 1/2 bathrooms available.… At 200 square feet, this bedroom is almost as big as some of the studios I've rented! Shared kitchenette, full kitchen and large outdoor common areas (front porch and outdoor patio). Room furnishing includes queen bed frame (you must supply the mattress) and built-in dressers. We're searching for a responsible roommate to join the other people in the house. Age ranges of current roommates are late 20s - late 40s. We all have full-time jobs but are open to an older grad student joining us as well. We all want to have a peaceful, relaxing space to call home! Please include a phone number and some information about yourself. Leasing Info: Credit and background check required - $40 background/credit check fee (payable straight to TransUnion) Month to month lease with 2 month's notice to vacate Sorry, no pets and no storage available $50 cleaning fee/month (Cleaners are brought in for all common areas) - we're all adults and realistically no one wants to clean bathrooms on their weekends! $15 for toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc. - one order/month through amazon for all of our convenience! Near the highway exits, MAX, bus lines, Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's. Very near both downtown and Northwest 23rd area.
