The clean room in my home is located in the Eastmark neighborhood. The room is fully furnished with a closet, queen sized bed, dresser, desk, computer monitor, chair, and a mini fridge and freezer combo for your personal use. The bathroom pictured is shared, but you will have your own under the sink cabinet space for bathroom items along with your own towel rack. The house is in a safe and well kept area. It is one block from the new Mesa Library and close to parks, shopping, and the 24/202 freeways. Included in the rent: All utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, gas, and internet (WiFi)) Laundry (common towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bedding are included and washed weekly) Full chef kitchen access, along with den use of TV with Netflix and Hulu, couch, board games, full array of dishes, toaster/oven, two hot plates, air fryer and microwave oven. Street parking Weekly common area cleaning The home has a swim spa (single use) or hot tub (fits 10-13 people comfortably with each their own jet), and professional pool table/large table with benches.
