Property was brand new 2021 and has only had one tenant since built. The property sits in an established neighborhood around single family homes so it feels less like a rental and more like a home. The exterior is the same on all our units but this one is painted differently on exterior (cream and white). These have large private lots, backing to trees, all fenced, and just a relaxing atmosphere unheard of in a rental this new. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on main level and then 2 bedrooms in fully finished basement and 3rd bath. We do not take cats and accept dogs once approved (visit with landlord on pet fees as we try to work with tenants).
