The home is professionally maintained and provided in clean, well-kept condition with furnishings, linens, and household items in place. It is best suited for occupants who will maintain the property in a similar condition. Any damage, excessive wear, or additional cleaning beyond normal residential use may be applied against the security deposit. Occupancy Maximum occupancy strictly limited to two adults Restrictions No pets No subleasing No overnight guests No smoking, No vaping or electric cigarettes. Furnished Property Condition. The property is leased fully furnished and includes furniture, linens, kitchenware, appliances, and household items provided for tenant use during the lease term. Tenant agrees to maintain all furnishings in clean and good condition and to use them only for their intended residential purpose. Tenant is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any furnishings, linens, appliances, or household items that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear during the tenancy. Any missing or damaged items may be repaired or replaced at tenant's expense and may be deducted from the security deposit if not otherwise reimbursed. Remediation damages for tobacco or marijuana can exceed $5,000. Tenant responsible for all damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit on file. Tenant agrees not to remove furnishings from the property and not to substitute or replace any items without landlord's written permission. Protective Use. Tenant agrees to exercise reasonable care in the use of upholstered furniture, bedding, and linens, including avoiding stains, or misuse of household items. Use provided towels or throws to protect furniture and bedding from moisture, lotions, oils, cosmetics, and any bodily substances. Remove street shoes, including all boots at entry bench to protect carpet and to mitigate noise transfer to unit below. Store bikes and other sports equipment off premise. Please, do not bring them inside the unit at any time.
